What's This Role All About?
We're looking for a motivated Nurse or Allied Health professional to deliver training, coaching, and skill development across our Disability and Youth Services teams.
This is a great opportunity for you to take your career to the next level in the Community Services area. In this role you will be building confidence, ensuring compliance, and making sure staff feel prepared and supported from day one.
About the Role:
• You will be coordinating, engaging with delivery of hands-on training in clinical skills, medication administration, manual handling, and crisis response.
• Guiding staff through induction and competency sign-offs.
• Coaching and mentoring staff to build confidence and improve practice of frontline workers skills over time.
• identifying gaps in skills and knowledge and tailoring training accordingly.
• Ensuring all training aligns with NDIS Practice Standards, HSQF compliance, and contemporary best practice.

Who We're Looking For:
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain).
• Tertiary qualifications in nursing (minimum Diploma of Nursing, Current AHPRA registration) or Allied Health (minimum degree OT/Speech Therapy/Social Worker/equivalent qualification).
• Experience delivering training and mentoring staff in Youth & Disability services.
• Strong knowledge of clinical skills, medication administration, and manual handling.
• Excellent communication skills—you can break down complex topics and make learning engaging.
• Queensland Driver's License, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2 Clearance.
