Known for attracting both international and domestic guests, as well as being a favourite among locals, we offer seven exclusive rooms, exceptional dining, and personalized service. We're seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Position Overview:
To join us on a casual basis for up to 15 hours per week initially with the potential for more we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help ensure our hotel is always spotless and welcoming. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in upholding the exceptional quality of service we offer, contributing to a memorable guest experience. For the right candidate a part-time role may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare guest rooms, common areas, our restaurant and other hotel spaces according to our high standards.
* Ensure rooms are stocked with the necessary supplies and amenities.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping storage areas.
* Work closely with other staff to ensure efficient room turnover.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
* Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all areas.
Qualifications:
* Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
* Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently and as a part of a team.
* Positive attitude and a professional demeanour.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
