About the Role:
These Full time roles within the Specialist Clinics department/ward is a front line customer service position involving a high level of interaction with patients and their families.
You will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments.
Classification for this position with range from A010- A012 ($58,****** - $64,****** per annum, pro rata, plus superannuation, plus salary packaging)
What you'll achieve:
Excellence in customer service.
Knowledge of Specialist Clinics booking practices
Skills in the use of our electronic medical record
Your skills and experience:
Previous work in a busy front line customer service-based role.
Demonstrated experience in multiple computer applications.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages or AUSLAN (Australian sign language)

About Specialist Clinics:
Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service, for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital.
Seeing over **** patients per day we are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
