Digital Director
to join our Sydney team, working on a flagship global account to drive high performance and growth.
The role:
As the
Digital Director, you will ensure the highest quality digital service for clients and lead the digital team internally, providing thought leadership in digital planning, investment, and execution.
Core responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to digital media planning for client briefs.
Collaborate effectively with major digital media partners, especially Google and Meta.
Provide expertise in all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) within media strategies and plans.
Maintain high standards and deliverability on targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor the digital team to develop careers and enhance team performance.
A bit about you:
Excellent project management, client care, and communication skills.
Expert in digital media planning and implementation, especially Programmatic, Video, Display, and Social media.
A leader who sets positive examples in digital and technology fields.
Proven success in leading digital functions, particularly in Programmatic, Social, and Video (with a strong YouTube focus).
Skilled in forecasting spend and tracking progress.
Able to translate agency strategies into innovative, actionable business plans that deliver value.
