Salary: AUD70000 - AUD75000 per annum + Super
Introduction:
Randstad is exclusively partnering with a mid-tier commercial organization based in Reservoir to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer. This role offers a fast-paced, driven, and collaborative environment within the finance division, where colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly, and value encouraging ideas.
It is a close-knit finance team, and you will report to the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
1. Entering invoices into the system
2. Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly
3. Reviewing accounts payable entries for correctness
4. Initiating new suppliers and adding them to the system
5. Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
6. Managing direct debits for utility accounts
7. Performing other administrative and accounting duties as required
Required Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
2. Experience with SAP
3. Preferred experience in Freight/Shipping
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
5. Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel
