To provide web and phone-based intake and assessments, for community members who have completed an online registration indicating hardship.
To manage the online booking system for those community members registered for Christmas Cheer.
To liaise with Doorways Management and Caseworkers in Southern and Northern Tasmania.
Intake and Assessment Christmas Cheer Support Worker
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Doorways State Manager and State Manager – External Communications, Media and Government.
* Provide support to Doorways Caseworkers.
* A collaborative approach to service delivery and improvement is demonstrated within the team.
* Attend and participate in regular team meetings with State Manager and State Manager – External Communications, Media and Government.
* Information is retained to support end of year reporting.
* Reflective practices are implemented, for the team and contribute to improved outcomes for community members.
* Teamwork is demonstrated in team and practice meetings.
Success Criteria:
* Models and promotes teamwork and collaboration; fosters productive working relationships and team well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the online registrations and booking system for those community members registered for Christmas Cheer.
* Ensure that community members who have registered for Christmas Cheer are eligible, based on an eligibility criteria checklist.
* To liaise with Doorways Management and Caseworkers in Southern and Northern Tasmania.
