Registered Nurse – Full-Time
Location: Ryde, NSW
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse -GP Clinic in Ryde to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis.
You will work closely with our General Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative medical centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting GPs with chronic disease management, health assessments and care plans
- Performing clinical procedures including immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, venepuncture, iron infusions and minor procedures
- Infection control, sterilisation and stock management
- Patient triage, recalls and follow-ups
- Accurate clinical documentation and Medicare-related nursing activities
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working in a General Practice or Medical Centre
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient-centred care
