We’re seeking an Engineer with Integration & Controls expertise to lead the design, integration, and delivery of building control systems across a diverse portfolio of projects including health, defence, aviation, data centres, transport, and hospitality.

What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll independently lead Controls & Integration projects, contribute to major initiatives, and support multiple pursuits under the guidance of a senior team member. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and delivering projects involving BMS, EMS, and smart building platforms
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop control strategies and integration solutions
* Researching and implementing smart sensor and data-driven building performance strategies
* Preparing technical documentation and managing construction phase services
* Supporting business development and client engagement activities
* Ensuring compliance with WSP’s quality assurance and project delivery standards
About You
* 2–5 years of experience delivering building projects within an engineering consultancy or controls vendor environment.
* A relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, providing technical expertise in data analytics and building performance optimisation.
* Experience preparing technical documentation (e.g. specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services.
* Demonstrated capability in managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
* Familiarity with contract requirements (e.g. AS4122) and participation in internal and external project meetings.
* A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for innovation, and commitment to delivering technically strong and efficient project outcomes
