Accounts Payable Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Payable function and drive change initiatives.
* Manage and lead a team responsible for accounts payable processes.
* Responsible for team service levels and driving a customer-focused culture in Accounts Payable.
* Oversee Converga, our paperless Accounts Payable system, ensuring efficient processing and compliance.
* Manage business expense systems, including SAP Concur and Appzen, to streamline reimbursement processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data, including new supplier setup and variation, termination, rebates, payment terms, and cost center management.
* Manage Supply Chain Finance platforms with banks and suppliers to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
* Prepare and report key Accounts Payable metrics to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
* Lead projects to create efficiency and integration between systems and workflows.
* Foster a culture of quality and timeliness within the team, ensuring seamless processing.

* Develop strong relationships with fellow team members to promote a culture of excellence.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN PRODUCTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS – ANALYSE AND CHALLENGE WHILE BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS.
* Support the business in meeting stakeholder needs.

Experience, Qualifications and Competency Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role leading an Accounts Payable team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus analytical and influencing abilities.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Proactive approach and high level of autonomy and accountability.
* Strong coordination and teamwork skills, with a focus on continuous improvements.
* Demonstrated experience with system enhancements, integrations, and process redesign.
* Project and change management skills, plus problem-solving abilities.
* PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN CONVERGA, ORACLE, AND SAP CONCUR.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
