The Role
You will manage and grow an established recruitment portfolio while partnering closely with clients to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop an established permanent recruitment portfolio
* Build and nurture strong client relationships across professional and executive markets
* Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive business development
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Maintain a high standard of candidate and client engagement
