Overview
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, at our Booragoon store. You may also be requested to work at our Rockingham store to support your wider team. This role includes a flexible rotating roster with hours 8am–8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work.
Responsibilities
Connect Medibank's products and services with the local community and take ownership of the customer experience across multiple channels (in-store, phone, community, and messaging).
Plan itineraries and bookings where applicable and convert enquiries into bookings; deliver end-to-end support.
Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver solutions, develop consulting skills, and contribute to team goals.
Support customers across messaging, face-to-face, and phone channels; manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Provide high-quality health assessments onsite for various clients as part of the health checks context (health consultants).
Qualifications and Skills
Strong customer service skills with a passion for serving the local community and building lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to protect customer privacy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to go beyond your role to support peers.
Ability to multitask and deliver to deadlines; comfortable working across channels.

Job type: Full-time
