Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced operations coordinator to join our team in a government setting.


Responsibilities:

* Documentation Management: Reviewing and processing documentation, correspondence and reports.
* Invoicing and Purchasing: Processing invoices and raising purchase orders.
* Customer Service: Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
* Meeting Coordination: Organising meetings including taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting rooms.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Technical Expertise: Experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded.
