About the Role
As a rehabilitation consultant in our two-year graduate program, you will play a crucial role in helping people achieve their return-to-work goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
* Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
* Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers
* Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
* Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
* Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate business objectives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A degree in Exercise Physiology
* ESSA accreditation upon graduating
* Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
* Eligibility for Comcare accreditation (desirable but not essential)
* A current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check
* A full drivers' license
