Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan daily, breakdown, and shutdown jobs.
* Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance jobs.
* Lead a small team in conjunction with the site Maintenance Manager.
As an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, you will have excellent organizational skills and planning abilities. You should be able to manage a team effectively, delegate tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on work experience and prior supervisory experience in a Maintenance role. A Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) skillset is desirable, but not essential.
Responsibilities may include:
1. Coordinating daily, breakdown, and shutdown jobs.
2. Directing and overseeing maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to set priorities and allocate resources.
