Project Accounting Specialist Role
This is a key position within the project delivery lifecycle that bridges finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify that project setups capture invoicing requirements from the outset.
* Monitor project financials to provide real-time visibility of project performance to project managers.
* Utilize tools such as Business Central, Power BI, and Excel to track and report project data.
* Manage project invoicing in accordance with contract terms.
* Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
* A certificate-level qualification in finance or relevant bookkeeping experience.
* Background in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable – preferably in a fast-paced environment like real estate, construction, or similar sectors.
* Strong attention to detail and reliability.
* Proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning ERP systems, such as Business Central.
