As a key player in the administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions.
Key Accountabilities:
* Recording, indexing and archiving of correspondence using spreadsheets and databases.
* Input and retrieval of data from various computer systems.
* Providing excellent customer service through telephone enquiries and front counter duties, including liaison with members of the public.
* Compiling budgetary reports, returns and recording of overtime to ensure accurate financial management.
* Auditing and risk management activities related to leave and rosters to identify areas for improvement.
* Reviewing and improving administrative systems and processes to increase efficiency.
* Preparing and/or assisting with banking, processing expenditure and other vouchers, receipt of monies and maintenance of Collection Accounts.
* Maintaining and managing stores and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Data Management: Proven experience in recording, indexing and archiving of correspondence using spreadsheets and databases.
* System Administration: Ability to review and improve administrative systems and processes.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, including providing excellent customer service through telephone enquiries and front counter duties.
* Financial Management: Experience in compiling budgetary reports, returns and recording of overtime.
