CMBM Facility Services is a well-established, Queensland-owned and operated company, currently experiencing strong growth across the state. We specialise in facility services and commercial cleaning, delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to a broad range of clients.
We are seeking a motivated and dependable 2IC Cleaner for our Gladstone operations. This is a hybrid role involving both hands-on cleaning and administrative responsibilities, supporting the Area Manager and ensuring service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure high cleaning standards.
- Manage stock and consumables, including ordering and stocktakes.
- Train, mentor, and support new staff on shift (including some night shifts).
- Address and rectify cleaning complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage payroll tasks such as signing timesheets and generating rosters.
- Provide coverage for the Area Manager during periods of leave.
About You
- Previous commercial cleaning experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
- Highly organised with good time management and administration abilities.
- Current Driver’s Licence and Right to Work in Australia.
- Ability to step into both hands-on cleaning and administrative duties as needed.
- Availability for some night shift training/mentoring.
