As our Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer, you will work as part of our post-implementation Support team. If you take pride in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges, we'd love to meet you
You Will Play a Role In
* Creating customised solutions, extensions and enhancements
* Responding to client support requests
* Monitoring system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the client
* Proactively analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Your Profile
* 5+ years' development experience in D365 Business Central/NAV
* Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management and change management
* Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications
* Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients
* Able to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules
