My client based in Altona is looking for an experienced Despatch Administrator to join the team on a full time temp to perm on an ongoing basis.
We are seeking to recruit someone with strong relationship and team management skills to help lead from the front as well as someone that can tick most of the boxes below!
Our client works within the Automotive & Supply Chain Industry.
The successful candidate will meet with the client for an onsite interview as soon as possible.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
About the Role:
Respond to all customer request via phone and email
Looking after day to day operations
Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
Adhoc duties
Receive & Dispatch (Despatch experience)
Manifests
Computer literate
SAP
Outlook
Excellent communication skills.
Dealing with Truck Drivers
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
Fast and accurate data entry skills
SAP & EXCEL experience preferred but not required
Previous experience working within the Transport industry
Strong attention to detail
A willingness to go above and beyond your own duties
Robust work ethic
Reliable and self motivated
High standard of work
