About the role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh Fruit & Veg on display, to picking orders for our Online Customers and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave our store with their shopping.
What you’ll do
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
- Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe, including looking out for and reporting any hazards
- Help customers by answering questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a rapid and easy shopping journey
- Shop for our online customers, ensuring they receive what they need
