Founded in 1986, we undertake large scale relocation projects of delicate and valuable objects throughout the nation working with Government, Universities, and Corporations. With offices in all major capital cities, as well as Seattle & Portland in the U.S., we are a quality service provider and we’re seeking a like minded individual to lead our Projects Team. We are seeking a very experienced relocations project manager ideally with a business development background, to bid, win, and manage a team of relocation specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes. Remuneration and performance based rewards commensurate with the seniority of this role will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on their skills and experience. The key roles and responsibilities of this position are: Client Relationships Identifying innovative and efficient workflows for key projects Preparing and presenting detailed responses to RFP’s and Contract Bids Contract negotiations Project Planning and Management Management of the Project Team Project Reporting and internal reporting The ideal applicant will be an experienced relocations manager in the Sydney or Melbourne market with a broad brush of experience, an eye for detail, and a reputation for on-time delivery.
