About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Turf Maintenance Officer with a passion for turf management and cricket pitch preparation. This is a hands‐on role that requires initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to think creatively to achieve high‐quality outcomes.

The position involves regular weekend work, including Saturday mornings and occasional Sundays, particularly during the cricket season.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

* Knowledge of sports turf maintenance practices, or a strong willingness to learn.
* Commitment to best‐practice cricket wicket curation and pitch preparation.
* Intermediate to advanced experience or understanding of remote irrigation systems.
* Ability to operate a variety of turf equipment and implements, both handheld and tractor mounted.
* Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in an outdoor environment.
* A current Victorian Driver Licence.
