Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced intelligence strategist to drive our threat intelligence strategy and execution.
This role will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and be responsible for leading intelligence gathering and development activities on threat actors targeting software supply chains.
The successful candidate will study attack trends across the wider open source software landscape, identify areas of improvement, and advise internal security teams on the best course of action to detect and mitigate potential threats.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and owning Canonical's threat intelligence strategy
2. Maintaining operational security and internet-based information gathering research environments
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform on activity of interest
