*About The Opportunity*
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a portfolio of properties end to end, ensuring effective communication and service to both landlords and tenants.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Day to day management of a property portfolio
* Lodging bonds and preparing landlord statements
* Receiving rent and preparing lease documentation
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
* Conducting inspections and organising maintenance and repairs
*About You*
* Team player with strong character and reliability
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
* NSW Certificate for Property Services in Real Estate
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Computer literate and comfortable with office based systems
* Experience in property management is not essential but desired
* Sales or customer service experience will also be considered highly relevant
