**Skills & Experience**
- Previous store management experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Visual merchandising
- High volume inventory management
- Ability to work Saturdays and some late nights
- Ability to drive a team to success through coaching and development.
