About the role
We are on the hunt for a talented Senior Civil Designer to bring expertise to our growing team based in Manly. If you're passionate about designing the future and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Scoping, producing, and reviewing completed designs and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Preparing and delivering tailored engineering solutions that meet client and project requirements.
* Coordinating with external consultants, such as Surveyors and Hydraulic Engineers, to integrate necessary inputs into designs.
* Developing precise engineering and cost estimates to support project planning and execution.
* Conducting internal audits of the company's business management system to maintain quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
* A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in designing urban development, residential subdivisions, and infrastructure projects.
* Strong expertise in road design, which is essential for this position.
* Proficiency in using 12D software for civil design projects.
* TMD (Traffic Management Design) Qualification.
* Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas.
