About this role
Queensland Rail's Major Projects team is seeking two dynamic Training Coordinators to join the ETCS Sequence Alliance on a fixed-term contract through to June ****.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing training materials, facilitating collaborative review sessions, and ensuring compliance with training requirements for the ETCS Operational Readiness function.
You'll play a key part in designing and implementing training initiatives that align with both legislative obligations and project milestones.
Responsibilities
Purpose That Counts - some of your responsibilities will include:
Support the development and implementation of the Training Strategy for the Transition to Operations team
Design and implement Training and Readiness Plans for the ETCS integration within the Operational Readiness function
Create engaging training materials and deliver structured training programs tailored to project and individual requirements
Develop formal assessments aligned with training content and technical capability to ensure learning outcomes are met
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure training relevance and accuracy
Monitor training compliance and provide regular progress reports to support governance and continuous improvement
Create and deliver fit-for-purpose training programs that support project deliverables and address identified skills gaps.
People Who Count – Who we are looking for
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environments
Demonstrated experience analysing and formulating Training Needs Analysis and developing enterprise training documentation
Knowledge of train operations and safety, and governance frameworks desirable
Substantial knowledge and experience in designing, developing, co-facilitating fit-for-purpose training programs across diverse operational roles
Experience in project coordination by leading the end-to-end coordination of training delivery, including scheduling, stakeholder engagement and logistics.
