Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with the standards and model of care of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA). Based at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre, this position plays a pivotal role in providing expert clinical guidance, care coordination, and psychosocial support, ensuring patients have access to evidence-based information, supportive care screening and appropriate referral pathways.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in urology or oncology nursing
2. Understanding of prostate cancer treatment modalities and survivorship care
3. Advanced communication skills, particularly in sensitive and complex discussions
4. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
5. Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
