About the Role
As Pharmacy Manager at Star Discount Chemist, you'll lead a dedicated team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work every second Saturday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
Driving professional services, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Managing budgets, stock control, and store performance to achieve KPIs.
Ensuring full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.
Providing high-quality patient care through clinical advice, dispensing, and medication reviews.
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
Strong skills in communication, team development, and workflow management.
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Vaccination accreditation and a genuine commitment to improving community health.
