Our client is a well-established specialist contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality piling solutions across commercial construction, rail, and large-scale infrastructure. With a strong pipeline of current work and major rail infrastructure projects kicking off from late 2026, we’re looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor to join the team and take a key leadership role on site.
As the Piling Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day piling operations across a range of projects—from commercial basement digs and slope stabilisation works to rail infrastructure upgrades. This role suits someone who leads from the front, is not afraid to get hands-on when required, and can drive production while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and teamwork.
You’ll supervise crews, coordinate plant and materials, interface with engineers, and ensure works are delivered to program and specification.

- Commercial basements and foundation packages
- Slope stabilisation & retaining structures
- Rail infrastructure upgrades and station redevelopments
- Major piling packages scheduled to ramp up in late 2026
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking a capable leader with solid knowledge and experience in bored piling, CFA, and ideally screw piling.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Piling Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Piling Senior Operator
- Strong understanding of bored piles, CFA, screw piles and associated methodologies
- Ability to manage crews, and day-to-day site activities
- Hands-on attitude & willing to jump in when needed to support the team
- Competent in safety procedures, SWMS, and quality documentation
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and manage ITP/QA requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Rail experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
