Are you a highly motivated and disciplined Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration, experience in quality, and a passion for aged care? Your clinical skills are second to none, with demonstrated expertise in auditing, compliance, and clinical leadership.

We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary fixed-term (12-18 months) Quality, Care and Compliance Advisor to join Whiddon's Quality, Care and Compliance Support Services team. Reporting to the Quality, Care and Compliance Manager, this role focuses on clinical risk and governance, supporting managers of residential and community services.
The Advisor will assist with investigation management of complex clinical matters, accreditation preparation, internal audits, action plan development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and at least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
