The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in game art, particularly within social casino games. They should possess strong project management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to mentor team members in various art styles.
1. Define the overall visual style for games
2. Mentor junior artists on different aspects of game development
3. Develop artistic vision aligned with company goals and objectives
4. Evaluate artwork quality before its release into production environments
