The Opportunity
We are seeking experiences Mental Health Registered Nurses to support our Mental Health Unit at Baringa Private Hospital. Working in our team will see you assigned to a variety of shifts based on your availability across our Mental Health ward. Your key responsibility will be the evaluation, planning and delivery of care to the patients in the ward. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills And Experience
* Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
* Proven acute care experience post AHPRA registration in a hospital environment is essential.
* 2 years specialty mental health experience is essential.
* Any postgraduate qualifications within mental health will be highly regarded.
* The flexibility to handle a rotating roster will be crucial to this role.
