Our client is a highly respectable mid‐sized national personal injury law firm with 35+ years of success and a reputation for client satisfaction.
As the right hand to a senior counsel, you will engage with clients, prepare correspondence and court documents, liaise with solicitors, insurers and doctors, arrange medical appointments, manage diaries, prepare briefs to counsel, and handle file management and general administration. You may also assist with business enhancement and marketing projects.

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are a paralegal, legal secretary or legal assistant with a minimum of 3–20+ years' experience in personal injury law, specifically CTP/motor vehicle accidents (essential) and medical negligence/public liability (preferable).
* Have solid knowledge and practical experience in the lifecycle of a NSW CTP claim from start to finish.
* Have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
* Are proactive, deadline‐driven, and maintain a positive, can‐do attitude.
* Are hungry to advance your personal injury legal career long‐term with an employer that values staff.
