This role is an exciting opportunity for an L2 IT Support Officer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of an enterprise-level IT team while growing their technical expertise.
The Role:
As a L2 IT Support Professional you will provide remote and desktop IT support to users across multiple locations. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and professional technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Troubleshoot and manage Level 2 issues with Office 365 and Azure environments.
* Support applications used in the aged care, disability, and healthcare sectors.
* Collaborate with the Service Desk team to improve processes and system performance.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and document resolutions clearly.
About You:
We are seeking someone who is ambitious, a strong communicator, and eager to learn. This role is suited to someone passionate about providing customer-focused IT support and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
* 2-5 years of experience in a desktop or remote IT support role.
* Experience with Azure and Office 365, with a strong technical foundation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage collaborative teams.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to upskill and adapt in a dynamic IT landscape.
* Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
* Blue and Yellow Cards (or willingness to obtain).
* Availability to work on-site full-time at Eight Mile Plains (Monday to Friday).
