Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '**Principle Insights & Performance**'.
**Key Criteria**:
The Principal Insights & Performance is responsible for leading a team of professionals to engage with stakeholders across the Department to deliver data analysis and insights on strategic education outcomes and themes where improvement is desired by the Department. This role will be leading the provision of insightful and accurate business metrics and presenting high quality analysis and advice to stakeholders on the performance of all business areas. This role will lead the evaluation of and assess the progress of specific performance improvements and optimisation initiatives.
- Generate and communicate reporting insights to provide a clear understanding of business performance, trend analysis and levers, through the extraction, analysis and documentation of data from multiple systems and sources.
- Contribute to and provide business analytics to support the development and monitoring of business plans, performance and decision making.
- Undertaking high quality analysis to support the reporting and decision-making needs of the Group and Operations Executive.
- Manage and coordinate the provision of high quality, accurate business data, reporting and analytics to inform decision making and to meet reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities and lead business analytics projects to develop and implement innovative approaches to solving complex business problems.
- Develop, manage and coordinate effective procedures for the documentation and mapping of Data & Analytics business processes and business requirements to ensure consistency with policy frameworks.
- Foster a culture which drives and encourages high performance, collaboration, agility and accountability in the delivery of educational outcomes aligned with the division's and Department's strategy
- Undertake and deliver projects as determined by the Executive Director to meet the priorities of the Group.
- Lead and establish collaborative and productive relationships with team members working on projects to achieve agreed evaluation outcomes.
