About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-level executive support and working at the centre of organisational decision-making?
This role offers the opportunity to coordinate key meetings, manage critical correspondence, and provide seamless support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, Councillor briefings, and workshops.
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Office of the CEO.
* Maintaining statutory and non-statutory registers and ensuring compliance.
* Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and Office of the CEO.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, Councillors, and the Office of the Mayor.
* Reviewing, improving, and embedding business processes and systems.
Skills and experience
* Experience providing high-level support to senior leaders.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
* High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
* Experience working in fast-paced or complex environments; local government experience desirable.
