Our Federal Government Client are seeking multiple Test Analyst's/Test Manager's to join their team for a long-term project Available Roles:
* Test Manager / Lead – Responsible for managing end-to-end testing programs, leading teams of testers, developing test strategies, and ensuring delivery against milestones.
* Test Analysts (including Performance Test Analyst) – Hands-on test professionals with strong experience in functional, system, and performance testing. Knowledge of SAP and systems integration is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Depending on role level, responsibilities may include:
* Developing and executing test strategies, plans, and cases across multiple systems and projects.
* Leading and coordinating test teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Preparing test conditions, test scripts, data, and cycles; capturing and reporting on results.
* Managing and tracking defects, risks, and issues, ensuring traceability back to requirements.
* Producing key deliverables such as Test Summary Reports, Defect Reports, Change Requests, and Status Reports.
* Supporting integration, performance, and end-to-end testing, including liaising with external third parties.
* Contributing to business transformation initiatives and supporting enterprise system enhancements.
*Skills & Experience:*
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, strategies, and tools.
* Experience with SAP applications and/or systems integration is highly regarded.
* Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality test documentation and manage test execution.
* Leadership and coordination experience (for Test Manager / Lead roles).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
