Intlang Corporate Consulting is an international advisory firm based in Western Australia, specialising in business facilitation, multilingual marketing, leadership development, government and public relations, and market entry support across the Asia-Pacific region. We deliver strategic communication and stakeholder engagement services to clients operating throughout Greater China, ASEAN, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute external communication strategies that align with Intlang's and its clients' corporate identity and international advisory services.
2. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with media outlets, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders across multicultural and Asia-Pacific markets.
3. Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, and executive communications in both English and Chinese.
4. Coordinate the company's participation in industry conferences, corporate presentations, and public forums across English and Chinese-speaking regions.
5. Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, adjusting messaging strategies as needed.
6. Enhance brand strategy through storytelling, content creation, and raising the public profiles of directors and consultants.
7. Organise and promote corporate events and international seminars to foster goodwill, drive client engagement, and boost media visibility.
8. Commission, coordinate, and manage external service providers within Chinese-speaking markets.
Key Selection Criteria:
1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, public relations, international relations, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PR, cross cultural communications, or media engagement.
3. Experience with multicultural audiences, especially with Chinese-Australian business networks.
4. High-level English & Chinese language proficiency.
5. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to manage sensitive or complex stakeholder relationships.
6. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
7. Solid understanding of cross-cultural business environments, event communications, and bilingual marketing strategies across Asia-Pacific.
