About the role
* Production and delivery of high-quality meals
* Oversee and support resident dining experience
* Lead & manage kitchen team, ensuring a smooth operation.
* Manage compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
* Stock control and ordering
* Food cost management
* Communicate with facility management, residents and families

* Cook Qualifications
* Experience within Aged Care with a strong understanding of modified texture and dietary needs
* Understanding of food cost management.
* Proactive approach to continuous improvement
