Responsibilities:
1. Project Ownership
: Taking full ownership of projects related to Sy-Klone product implementation. This involves overseeing every phase of the project from initiation to completion.
2. Strategic Planning
: Developing comprehensive project and strategy plans aimed at achieving project objectives efficiently and effectively. This may involve assessing resources, timelines, and potential challenges to devise appropriate strategies.
3. Project Delivery Leadership
: Leading the project delivery team to ensure timely and successful execution of projects. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to align efforts towards project goals.
4. Technical Expertise
: Providing technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle. This involves understanding the technical specifications of Sy-Klone products and offering guidance to address any technical challenges that may arise during planning, design, or installation.
5. Customer Support
: Offering assistance and support to customers regarding Sy-Klone products. This may include answering technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations for product optimization.
6. Quality Assurance
: Ensuring that the Sy-Klone product functions according to specifications and meets quality standards. This involves conducting thorough testing and inspection procedures to identify and rectify any deviations from the desired performance.
7. Continuous Improvement
: Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, methodologies, and product features. This includes gathering feedback from stakeholders and incorporating lessons learned into future projects to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties :
* Lead the creation, review, and submittal of technical support documentation and updates, assist in customer training on system applications, and develop and implement enhancements and revisions to meet client needs.
* Manage projects and tasks with required reporting, research and update recommendations for product and system improvements, oversee system design in collaboration with the drafting team, and provide consultation on planning, including schedules and labor requirements.
* Lead field operations for installation and troubleshooting, align with the sales team, act as the lead engineer for product delivery and solution support, coordinate with the Sy-Klone project team and supporting branches, and take ownership of service request coordination.
* Participate in marketing events and engage in internal training activities
Qualifications:
* Mechanical / Electrical Aptitude
* Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (Optional)
* Commercial or heavy machine HVAC experience (Optional)
* System design and installation experience (Optional)
* Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
