QA Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join a public sector and play a key role in the ongoing success of their app which is a high-impact mobile product. This is a unique opportunity to influence the quality, accessibility, and performance of a mission-critical public platform used daily across the state. What You Will Do: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for native mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing scripts, supporting stakeholders, and reporting outcomes. Identify, document, and prioritise defects with clear reproduction steps while working closely with external vendors to triage and validate fixes. Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across mobile platforms to ensure high-quality releases. Support release validation and production smoke testing while maintaining clear documentation of test results and release readiness. What You Need to Apply for This Role: Demonstrated experience as a QA Analyst specifically testing native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Proficiency with mobile device testing tools, emulators, simulators, and mobile-native test automation frameworks. Strong experience executing structured test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working with third-party development partners. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management processes, and defect tracking tools.
