Jucari Global is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO and her Business Partner. You won't be stuck "taking notes in the background" you'll be embedded in the action, helping keep a fast-moving global business running smoothly.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience for this Personal Assistant position.
This position requires Australian citizenship as a mandatory requirement.
This is a role for someone who loves structure, thrives on momentum, and wants to learn directly from the top.
Essential technical skills include proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management systems, travel booking platforms, and video conferencing tools, and must have a valid driver's license.
This role offers a flexible work arrangement to accommodate work-life balance needs.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the CEO's diary, inbox, priorities, and meeting flow
* Organising travel (Australia & international) and handling all logistics end-to-end
* Keeping things moving behind the scenes, anticipating needs before they're raised
* Supporting day-to-day business operations, including payments, subscriptions, vendors, and admin tasks
* Acting as a trusted point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
