JDOT PTY LTD is seeking a passionate and experienced restaurant manager to join and lead our team at Bomboras, a modern and stylish restaurant, serving classic coastal dishes.

Salary: $78,000 p.a.

Requirements:
* Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff
* Communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high volume restaurant and fast-paced environment (2 years or above)
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and alcohol, including knowledge of restaurant operations, POS system, and basic accounting principles
* Excellent time management and planning skills
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the restaurant and ensure the highest standards of service
* Discuss new menus with chefs according to seasons and patrons' preferences, making arrangements with kitchen and floor staff for functions and parties
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels, controlling costs through effective resource management
* Motivate and manage staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed, rostering, and recruiting staff
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to exceed customer expectations
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
* Monitor sales and revenue performance, overseeing profit & loss and budgets on a regular basis
