What you’ll do: Oversee site operations to ensure alignment with project programs, budgets, and safety standards. Ensure trades work safely and cooperatively, meeting contractual obligations. Implement and follow Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality processes, fostering a safety culture on site. Use Hammertech to report on site operations and conduct regular Health and Safety reviews. Run daily pre-start meetings, manage risks, ensure proper inductions and records, and mentor junior team members. Who you are: Passion for the construction industry with a strong focus on safety and experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments. Understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies, with a track record of safe, high-quality project delivery. Experience across various project types, including commercial, residential, and education, with a focus on new builds and fitouts. Ability to supervise teams, subcontractors, and consultants, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities, with experience in Hammertech or similar systems. Who you are: 5 years of construction site-based experience in safety roles, with a passion for creating safe workplaces. Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders. Well-developed time management, organisational skills, and experience with Hammertech.
