Our Customer Support team is looking for a Customer Relations Executive.
What awaits you?
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients; adapting to the needs of each customer and offering them informed responses.
You will be responsible for liaising with dealership staff and key external stakeholders, achieving optimum customer dispute resolution processes and outcomes.
You will be responsible for attending arbitration hearings on behalf of BMW Group to negotiate settlements.
You will drive maintenance of accurate reports, records and case analyses for tribunal and arbitration hearings.
Qualifications & Experience
VCE or equivalent and/or Vehicle Mechanical qualification.
Demonstrated retail experience in the automotive industry.
Understanding of Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and its implications.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability for problem solving and decision making.
