With a strong mission and proven product-market fit, the company is scaling rapidly and has ambitions for international expansion. As they enter their next phase of growth, they are looking to hire a Head of Strategy to join their Sydney-based team. This is a leadership role that will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and senior executives to design and execute strategic initiatives across all areas of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the group’s strategic plan, identifying and leading key growth initiatives, conducting deep market and competitive analysis, and driving high-impact, cross-functional projects. This role is hands-on and outcomes-focused, requiring someone who will deliver the strategy. You’ll work closely with teams across finance, operations, technology, and product to ensure strategic priorities are effectively implemented and supported by strong commercial analysis, clear KPIs, and structured reporting. We are looking to speak with candidates who have 8–12 years of experience in strategy roles, either straight from top-tier management consulting or with a blend of consulting and in-house corporate strategy experience. A track record of executing business strategy and driving measurable outcomes is essential, as is strong stakeholder engagement experience and commercial acumen. Experience in mobility, technology, infrastructure, or real asset sectors would be advantageous.
