We are seeking an experienced DevExp Solution Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the APAC region. In this role, you will lead specialized Developer Experience sales efforts, collaborate with clients, direct and partner sales teams, and contribute to our go‑to‑market strategy in partnership with a diverse cross‑functional team.
Responsibilities
* Drive outstanding growth in DevExp sales by effectively executing the go‑to‑market strategy.
* Develop and execute a territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
* Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, particularly C‑level executives and decision‑makers.
* Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing various stakeholders.
* Serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to enhance solutions and sharing insights with product, marketing, and R&D teams.
* Generate high‑quality leads and acquire new customers by collaborating with direct sales and channel partners.
* Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression.
* Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored solutions that address client challenges.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in DevOps, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management, and solution sales.
* Experience utilizing MEDDPICC as a sales methodology.
* A track record of surpassing sales targets and proven techniques for achieving success.
* Ability to establish and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers in DevExp within large enterprise customers.
* Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Collaborative approach with extended sales teams and channel partners; proactive in driving change and positive disruption.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than the typical market range, with most candidates hired near this baseline. Base pay is determined by skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, the current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
* Zone A: $181,800 - $237,350
* Zone B: $163,800 - $213,850
* Zone C: $151,200 - $197,400
