The Property Manager role is a dynamic position that requires a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the management of property, maintenance services, and capital projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Property Management: Oversee maintenance staff to ensure efficient work. Manage property projects from planning to execution.
* Project Management: Plan and manage capital and maintenance projects to deliver them on time and within budget.
* Work Health & Safety Compliance: Identify hazards on campus, attend meetings, and ensure facilities meet safety standards.
* Service Contract Management: Manage service contracts, including security, cleaning, vehicle maintenance, and pest management.
