About the Role: As a Project Manager based in South Australia, Norwood, you will oversee project performance and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, administering contracts, managing budgets, and maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer head contracts and subcontracts effectively.
* Establish and maintain construction programs aligned with project timelines.
* Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
* Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Uphold project quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
* Assist in tendering processes when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* General safety induction card.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3-7 years of project management/construction experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and contracts management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Vista.
* Knowledge of modern construction techniques and project methodologies.
